Parking for Civic

There are several paid parking lots available within walking distance to Spokane Civic Theatre. All parking lots require payment. Parking fees are patrons’ responsibility. Please follow the posted instructions to pay for lots without an attendant on site. Parking rates may vary per lot.

On days when lots are unattended, payment is required via web or app (please click here to visit ParkMobile online and/or download the app).

Using ParkMobile

Do I have to download the app to use ParkMobile?

• No. You can pay using a mobile web browser by going to https://parkmobile.io. You can also use the Google Pay app to make a parking payment.

Can I use ParkMobile if I don’t have a smartphone?

• Yes. As long as you have a cell phone, you can call into our interactive voice response (IVR) service and set up an account. Once you have an account with ParkMobile, you can call the number posted on the stickers and signs around the meter or parking spot and make a parking payment over the phone.

How do I find parking in my location?     

• In the ParkMobile app, you will see a map view of available parking in your area marked by pins on the map that contain zone numbers. This shows all the places where you can use ParkMobile to pay for parking. Be sure to confirm the correct zone number by identifying it on the ParkMobile signs or stickers around the meter or in the area where you are parked.

What is a Zone Number?

• The ParkMobile zone number identifies a specific parking area like a particular spot, section of the street, or parking lot. This zone number is required to start your parking session. You can find the zone number located on stickers and signage around the meter or lot.

How will enforcement officers know I’ve paid for my parking session?

• Once you have started a parking session, ParkMobile will record that information in our system and make it visible to the enforcement officers on site. Enforcement officers will use a handheld device to look up your zone number, and license plate number to confirm that you have paid for parking. That is why it is always important to verify your license plate in the app before you start the parking session.

Parking During the Day

When visiting the Spokane Civic Theatre during the day, you may park in front of the building on Gardner Avenue in the 10 minute loading and unloading zone.

Public Transit

Spokane Transit offers multiple bus routes within walking distance of the theatre:

• 11 (Downtown/North Bank Shuttle) at Howard & Boone
• 27 and 28 at Washington & Boone
• 4, 22 and 23 at Monroe & Boone

Parking as a Volunteer

As a volunteer production team member, during a show your producer or stage manager will provide you with a Spokane Civic Theatre Staff and Volunteer Parking Lot pass for the duration of your show.

As a front of house volunteer, please plan ahead to park in the city parking around the theatre on show nights.

The Spokane Civic Theatre Staff and Volunteer Parking Lot passes are only valid in the Spokane Civic Theatre lot, and while you are working or volunteering.
