Ticketing Policies

Accessibility Seating

Accessible seating is available in both the Main Stage and Studio Theatre and intended for patrons with accessibility needs only. Please call the Box Office for assistance and to purchase tickets.

Spokane Civic Theatre’s Box Office is open: Tuesday – Friday, 12PM – 6PM.

Online tickets are always available at SpokaneCivicTheatre.com.

Please note:

  • Online tickets are only available via Spokane Civic Theatre’s website. No external companies or websites are authorized by Spokane Civic Theatre management to sell, resell or auction tickets.
  • Spokane Civic Theatre is unable to hold seats — payment is required to secure tickets.
  • Seniors are classified as persons 65 and older.
  • Military tickets require proof of ID.
  • Student tickets are for ages 5-25, children under the age of 5 are not admitted to performances unless otherwise stated.

Academy
Production ticket prices fluctuate based on venue and show. Please Please visit specific show pages at SpokaneCivicTheatre.com to see production details.

Group Tickets
Please contact the Box Office for all group ticketing details.

Sold Out Dates
In the event of a sold out show, a waiting list is available one hour prior to curtain. Please note, Members are prioritized on waiting lists.

Fees
Beginning December 1, 2021, a $1 per ticket facility fee will be added to all single tickets to help support and maintain Spokane Civic Theatre’s facility.

Mobile and print-at-home tickets incur no Box Office fees. To have your printed tickets mailed to you, a $2 per ticket fee applies for labor and postage. To have your tickets held at Will Call, a $1 per ticket fee applies.

Complimentary Tickets
Unclaimed Complimentary Tickets are released 15 minutes prior to curtain for all performances.

Ticket Exchanges and Cancellations

Cancellation
In the event Spokane Civic Theatre cancels a performances, tickets may be exchanged or credit applied to patron account with a calendar year expiration.

Tax Donations
Purchased tickets may be donated to Spokane Civic Theatre for a tax credit if surrendered at least 24 hours prior to ticket date. Donated tickets must be managed via the Box Office.

Exchanges/Credits
All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend your ticketed performance date, please contact the Box Office prior to the performance time to exchange your tickets to another date or show within the season.

If you are unable to make another performance date, a credit can be applied to your patron account with a calendar year expiration.

No ticket exchanges are available if requested after ticket date.

Health and Safety

Spokane Civic Theatre Health and Safety Policy Update
Effective May 6, 2022

After being pandemic paused for too many months, Spokane Civic Theatre reopened in January 2022. Health and safety policies have been communicated on a rolling basis. Effective May 6, 2022, masks are no longer required while inside the Civic facility. Vaccination against COVID-19 is encouraged.

Thank you for supporting Spokane Civic Theatre’s Values and promoting good health in our facility which, ultimately, has kept us active and open. Your flexibility and cooperation is greatly appreciated.
