Ticketing Policies


Beginning November 16, 2021, Spokane Civic Theatre’s Box Office will be open by phone only and for special hours while reopening: Tuesday – Friday, 12PM – 6PM.

Online tickets are always available at www.SpokaneCivicTheatre.com.

Please note — online tickets are only available via Spokane Civic Theatre’s website. No external companies or websites are authorized by Spokane Civic Theatre management to sell, resell or auction tickets.

Production ticket prices fluctuate based on venue and show.

Please Note:

  • Spokane Civic Theatre is unable to hold seats — payment is required to secure tickets
  • Ticket sales are final (same season exchanges are allowable — please contact the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to your ticket date)
  • No ticket exchanges are available if requested after ticket date
  • Seniors are classified as persons 65 and older
  • Military and Student tickets require proof of ID
  • Children under the age of 5 are not admitted to performances


In 2019, Spokane Civic Theatre instituted a $5 Box Office fee per ticket order. Where that fee has been discontinued, beginning December 1, 2021, a $1 per ticket facility fee will be added to all single tickets to help support and maintain Spokane Civic Theatre’s facility.

Mobile and print-at-home tickets incur no Box Office fees. To have your printed tickets mailed to you, a $2 per ticket fee applies for labor and postage. To have your tickets held at Will Call, a $1 per ticket fee applies.

Health and Safety

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of of have been exposed to any communicable disease, please stay home and contact us to exchange your tickets.

Group Tickets
Due to reopening seating restrictions, Group Tickets are not available this season.

Sold Out Dates
In the event of a sold out show, a waiting list is available one hour prior to curtain. Please note, Members are prioritized on waiting lists.

Complimentary Tickets
Unclaimed Complimentary Tickets are released 15 minutes prior to curtain for all performances.

In the event Spokane Civic Theatre cancels a performances, tickets may be exchanged or credit applied to patron accounts.

Tax Donations
Purchased tickets may be donated to Spokane Civic Theatre for a tax credit if surrendered at least 24 hours prior to ticket date. Donated tickets must be managed via the Box Office.
