Spokane Civic Theatre has new board members!

Spokane Civic Theatre Welcomes their Newest Board Members

Spokane Civic Theatre is pleased to announce the addition of two new Board Members; Deena Caruso and Larry Wooley.

You know you have seen this woman around Spokane. None other than Deena Caruso, who owns Finders Keepers in downtown Spokane. Deena has been a community leader for over 15 years and a long time supporter of many non-profit organizations that serve this community.  Deena has helped in fundraising for Ronald McDonald House, INBC, and Spokane Symphony, just to name a few. She is a huge advocate for the Arts, and looks forward to serving the Spokane Civic Theatre. We are thrilled to have her sitting on our board. It means a lot to us that she is willing to commit time and treasure to help the Spokane Civic Theatre community.
Larry Wooley is the owner and lead photographer at Beautiful Photo Studio in Spokane. He works with several local non-profit organizations providing photography and is committed to helping where, and when, the need arises. Larry is very excited to be a part of the Spokane Civic Theatre Board of Directors, and looks forward to working toward the common goal of taking the theatre to even greater heights than it has already achieved. Over the years, Larry has been a huge supporter of Spokane Civic Theatre and Civic appreciates his commitment to community theatre.

Spokane Civic Theatre’s Board of Directors

Board members serve a term of three years and, if elected, they can serve three consecutive terms. The Spokane Civic Theatre Board of Directors is made up of our President Michael J Muzatko, Vice President Margot Ogden, Treasurer Barry Jones, Secretary Jason Coleman Heppler and Directors Curtis Anderson, Deena Caruso, Jennifer Ferch, Daniel Griffith, Robert Mielbrecht and Larry Wooley.
Spokane Civic Theatre has more than 1,000 volunteers who serve as actors, backstage crews, house managers, ushers, and board members. They contribute an estimated 55,000 hours every year. Volunteers return to the Civic time and time again, supporting the theatre’s endeavors. In addition to volunteering their time, the Spokane Community has given incredible amounts in the form of donations that support us in our mission to provide and promote theatre excellence.
