Spokane Civic Theatre has recently been nominated for the 2025 BroadwayWorld Seattle Awards with 5 of their productions; An Enemy of the People, Lend Me A Soprano, The Beauty Queen of Leenane, The Wind in the Willows, and Legally Blonde. In addition to the production nominations, Spokane Civic Theatre has also been nominated for Favorite Local Theatre.

An Enemy of the People nominations include: Best Direction of a Play (Melody Deatherage), Best Performer in a Play (Thor Edgell), Best Play, and Best Supporting Performer in a Play (Rebecca Craven and Ahnika Klimper).

The Wind in the Willows nominations include: Best Direction of a Musical (Jake Schaefer), Best Ensemble, Best Music Direction (Cynthia Kirkman Romoff), Best Musical, Best Performer in a Musical (Jameson Elton and Noah Graybeal), Best Scenic Design (Peter Rossing), Best Supporting Performer in a Musical (William Bright and Lilah Gail), and Best Theatre for Young Audiences Production.

The Wind in the Willows performed July 18th – 27th, 2025 on the Margot and Robert Ogden Main Stage

 

Legally Blonde nominations include: Best Choreography of a Play or Musical (Bonni Dichone), Best Costume Design of a Play or Musical (Jamie L. Suter), Best Direction of a Musical (Jake Schaefer), Best Ensemble, Best Lighting Design of a Play or Musical (Bryan D. Durbin), Best Musical, Best Performer in a Musical (Kalla Mort and Elizabeth Theriault), Best Scenic Design (Peter Rossing), and Best Supporting Performer in a Musical (Owen Henderson and Elizabeth Spindler).

Legally Blonde performed September 19th – October 12th, 2025 on the Margot and Robert Ogden Main Stage
