*Teagan Adams (Cheshire Cat 3) has taken several acting classes and participated in theater camps in Spokane including at Civic and Spokane Children’s Theater. Recently seen as Androcles in Hercules (Missoula Children’s Theater), Teagan enjoys working with animals, swimming, acting, and loves the Warrior Cat series and attending comic conventions.

*Khaiya Alleyne (Alice) is engaged in her school and in school activities. She participates in softball, basketball, volleyball and drama club. She achieved the MVP award for flag football at Yasuhara middle school in 2025 and MVP for 7th grade girls basketball. She is involved with leadership ASB and AVID. She’s participated in Yasuhara Drama Club and through that program has played Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz and Pinocchio in Shrek. Khaiya enjoys listening to music and singing. She likes sports, arts and crafts including diamond painting and drawing. Shes enjoys fashion and makeup. Khaiya like collecting rubber ducks. She is talented in the kitchen and trying new recipes.

*Elijah Birch (King of Hearts) is so excited to make his Civic debut! He hopes you enjoy the show!

*Star Bowsman (Cheshire Cat 2) was recently a part of I Don’t Want to Talk About It with Spokane Children’s Theatre. When not acting, Star enjoys art, anime, music and spending time with their dog.

*Emmy Box (Violet) has been heavily involved in her local school productions for the past two years. Favorite credits include Ms. Teavee in Willy Wonka Jr. and Flora in The Heroes of Sherwood Forest (both with Spokane International Academy). Emmy is also involved in a variety of community projects including local volunteerism and Generation Alive.

Norilee Chapman (March Hare) is in the 6th grade. She loves acting and has taken theater classes at Spokane Civic Theatre, Christian Youth Theater, and Wilson Elementary. Norilee’s favorite role was Prentiss in Peter and the Starcatcher (Civic Education). Other recent roles include the Evil Stepmother in The Play with the Bear in It (Wilson), Ms. Wescott in The Legend of the Blue Sapphire (Wilson), and Pegasus in Hercules (MCT). In her free time, Norilee enjoys reading, running, music, art, and tap dancing. She plans to be a marine biologist when she grows up. She’s had so much fun doing Alice in Wonderland this summer!

Jane Chapman (Petunia / Friend 1) is an eighth grader at Sacajawea Middle School. Favorite roles include Glinda in The Wizard of Oz (Wilson Elementary), Mrs. Bumbrake in Peter and the Starcatcher (Civic Education), and Gretal in What Happened After Once Upon a Time (Sacajawea). Outside of school, Jane studies tap dance and voice and enjoys swimming, volleyball, and tennis. Hobbies include singing, acting, reading, spending time with friends and family, and all things Disney. She has loved making so many new friends in Alice in Wonderland!

Nathanael Cho (Mad Hatter) is thrilled to bring this wacky, lovable, and crazy character to life. He was most recently on stage as Greg Heffley in Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Musical with the New Zealand National Youth Theatre. Previous roles include Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher (2025) and Tiny Tim in A Christmas Carol (2024), both of which were with Spokane Civic Theatre and Jerome in South Pacific (2024) with SVST. When he’s not busy onstage, he can be found speed cubing, getting lost in a good book, and running a business with his sister. He would like to give a shoutout to his family and friends for all their support!

*Naomi Cho (Ace of Spades) is so excited to make her Spokane Civic Theatre debut! She first stepped onto the stage when she was just 5 years old, playing Ngana in South Pacific with SVST. When she’s not performing, Naomi loves reading and learning how to run a business with her brother. She hopes you enjoy the show and sends a big thank you to all her friends and family for cheering her on!

Annika Guan (Small Alice) is excited to be in her first Stage Musical! Annika has been studying with the Ballet Arts Academy since she was 4 and her favorite ballet performance was in The Velveteen Rabbit with Gonzaga Dance. Offstage she enjoys swimming, biking and drawing. She is excited to welcome you to Wonderland! Enjoy the show!

Samuel Guan (Dodo Bird) is thrilled to portray this insane, hilarious character onstage. You might have seen him on stage as Smee in Peter and the Starcatcher (Civic Education) or as Smee in Tinkerbell (Southside Christian School). Do you think that is too much Smee? Well, he does too. Sam was also the Mathemagician in The Phantom Tollbooth (Saint George’s School). When he’s not playing some crazy characters onstage, he enjoys getting lost in a good book, swimming, biking, doing math, and driving his sisters crazy. He would like to give a humongous shoutout to his family and friends for cheering him on all the way!

*Grace Gutzwiler (Rose) enjoys singing, spending time with her friends, playing soccer and of course, theater. Recent credits include Hannah in Newsies Jr. and Ensemble in Frozen Jr. (both with Cataldo Catholic School). When Gracie participated in her first production, she absolutely fell in love with it! “We cannot wait to see what her future holds in the theater world!”

*Kate Howard (Caterpillar) has been a part of the Broadway Blockbusters Camp and the Swords and Sonnets Camp for Civic Education and also participates in Choir and Drill Team. Recent credits include Slyvester McMonkey McBean / Ensemble in Winter Drama Show Off (Chase Middle School, Prince John in Robin Hood, Snow Chicken in The Snow Queen, and Humboldt Sea Scouts in The Little Mermaid (all with MCT). They love to swim, draw, read, act, and sing.

*Hana Khan (Queen of Hearts) has taken numerous camps and trainings through Civic, Spokane Children’s Theater, Spokane Valley Summer Theater, and theater electives/performances at Spokane International Academy. Favorite credits include Zelda the Fairy Godmother in Fractured (Spokane International Academy) and the White Witch in Narnia (SVST). She enjoys spending time with family and friends, school, art, and sports such as volleyball, weight lifting, and snowboarding. She is learning to speak Arabic and Spanish, and is a member of her school’s ASB for the coming year.

*Kaya Koch (Tweedle Dee) has six years of dance training, three years of competitive gymnastics, taken classes in stage combat, stage design, and character development. Recent credits include Junie B Jones in Junie B Jones, Gladys Herdman in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Bank Chairman in Mary Poppins, and Gurgle in Finding Nemo Jr. (all with Spokane Children’s Theatre). She enjoys reading and jigsaw puzzles, spending time with family and friends, school and learning.

Eldrek Koenig (White Rabbit) is excited to be back at Civic! His favorite credits include an Elf / a Misfit Toy in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (Civic), Herb in Junie B Jones (Spokane Children’s Theatre), Randolph in Bye Bye Birdie, and Young Ebenezer in A Christmas Carol (both with CYT Spokane).

*Forest Larkin (Three of Diamonds) is excited to make his Civic debut! Enjoy the show!

*Lennox Miller (Tweedle Dum) is in North Central’s IST program. Favorite credits include an Elf in Shrek the Musical, Nunzio in Newsies, Winward in The Little Mermaid (all with CYT Spokane), and being a part of the Children’s Chorus in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Spokane Valley Summer Theatre). Besides theatre some of my hobbies include competitive swim team, and scuba diving.

*Amelie Miller (Lily) will be attending 8th grade at North Central High School’s Institute of Science and Technology. Her favorite credits include Flounder in The Little Mermaid, Elsa in Frozen Jr., Thing 1 in Seussical (all with CYT Spokane), and being a part of the Children’s Chorus in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Spokane Valley Summer Theatre). She’s taken voice lessons from Patty Mortier, taken 6 years of competitive gymnastics, and 3 years of tap dancing. Besides theater, she enjoys playing cards with her family, doing makeup and fashion. “I want to thank my mom, sister and brother for all the support they have given me and my dad for leading to me love of theater! Thank you, hope you enjoy the show!”

Pearl Saad (Four of Hearts) is no stranger to Civic Education. Favorite credits include Lucy in A Christmas Carol (Civic), Dog / Teacher in No, David! and Max in Where the Wild Things Are (both with Civic Education). She loves to skateboard, ride her bike, play soccer and foursquare, and to be outside. She also really likes math. Enjoy the show!

*Brayden Shawver (Tall Alice) has been involved in theatre for over five years participating in classes and productions. Her favorite credits include Thing 2 is Seussical, a Brooklyn Newsie in Newsies, and being a part of the Rat Pack in Shrek the Musical (all with CYT Spokane). She would like to thank her parents for letting her pursue such an amazing extra curricular activity, and you for coming and supporting Civic’s education program. *Luisa Sheehan (Two of Clubs) 10, loves everything about theatre. They study voice and acting, tap dancing, soccer, and tennis. Recent roles include: Young James in James and the Giant Peach the Musical, and Ensemble in Scrooge, both with the Spokane Children’s Theatre, and Socrates in Hercules with the Missoula Children’s Theatre at Roosevelt. They are so grateful to be part of this Wonderland crew in their first Civic Theatre production.

*Avery Squires (Cheshire Cat 1)‘s recent credits include an Oompa Loompa in Willy Wonka Jr., a Guard in Robin Hood (both with Spokane International Academy) and the Cat in the Hat in Seussical (Spokane Children’s Theatre). They enjoy art, gardening, and theater.

Adilein Tau (Daisy / Friend 2) is excited to be back at Civic! Recent credits include Cady Heron in Mean Girls (Saint George’s School), and Elf / Ensemble in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (Civic), Snow Fairy / Ensemble in Frozen Jr. (CYT Spokane), and Fester in The Addams Family Younger@Part (also with Saint George’s School). She has also taken 2 years of voice lessons with Carmyn Parks-House.

*Cora Warlaumont (Doorknob) has studied piano and tap dancing for three years and is thrilled to expand her skillset into theater. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Isabelle Williams (Matilda) has been in numerous Civic productions as well as performing at Spokane Children’s Theatre and St. George’s School. Her favorite role continues to be Jim Hawkins in Treasure Island (Civic Education, 2023). When not performing, she keeps busy knee boarding, playing volleyball and taking care of her tortoise, Finn.

Cynthia Kirkman Romoff (Director) has been teaching, directing, and conducting in the performing arts for over 30 years, focused on creating positive, individualized learning experiences for students of all ages and experience levels. In addition to 10 years as a classroom educator and 35 years as a freelance teaching artist in the performing arts, she served as Director of Educational Services at California Music Studios, recruiting and managing over 250 music teachers across Southern California and producing recitals and events for over 800 students. Before that, she managed the Conservatory at Lausanne Collegiate School, expanding its extracurricular music program into a K-8 Performing Arts Conservatory offering private lessons, dance, show choir, and theater. As a private voice teacher she has taught at the professional, collegiate and high school level. An accomplished performer, Cynthia’s operatic credits include principal roles in Der fliegende HolländerThe Turn of the ScrewSuor Angelica, and La Bohème. Her solo concert repertoire spans Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, Mahler’s Symphony No. 2, “Resurrection,” and Schoenberg’s String Quartet No. 2, Op. 10, performed with the Spokane String Quartet. With a particular interest in contemporary and theatrical song repertoire, she created “Divas After Dark,” a classical cabaret. Originally from Spokane, WA and a proud alum of Spokane Civic Theatre Education programs, Cynthia is thrilled to return and to continue working with performers of all ages as Director of Education at Spokane Civic Theatre.

Christian Skok (Music Director) received his Bachelor’s in Piano Performance and in Musical Theatre from EWU in 2022. Recent credits include Music Director for Jagged Little Pill (Civic), Ordinary Days and Tick, Tick… Boom! at EWU, Spring Awakening and Urinetown at Gonzaga, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at SVST, and Asst. Music Director for Twelfth Night the Musical at EWU. He currently accompanies around the Spokane area for choirs, soloists, and instrumentalists and continues to share his passion as music department accompanist for Gonzaga University. He has over 100 houseplants and two cats at home that make the long days worthwhile.

Myranda Lloyd (Choreographer) is currently working towards her BFA in Acting and Dance at Westminster University. She also trained in dance for 14 years at Spokane Elite Dance Studio. Her recent roles include Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Horse / Weasel The Wind in the Willows (both with Civic Education), Voice in Hatmaker’s Wife, Montjoy/Williams in Henry V, and Huldey in The Moors (all with Westminster University). She is very excited to spend another summer with Civic’s Education program!

Faith Brodwater (Stage Manager / Sound Board Operator) has a B.A. in Theatre from EWU. Their favorite credits include Stage Manager for Proof (Scott Worley Productions), Assistant Stage Manager for The Glass Menagerie (Civic), and Stage Manager for Something Rotten! (Eastern Washington University).

Jamie L. Suter (Costume Design) holds a BA in Theater Design and Technical Production with concentrations in Costume Design and Directing from Marymount Manhattan College in NYC, studying under Broadway professionals Gail Brassard, Liz Covey, and Bob Anton. Notable credits include Costume Design for The Wonder!: A Woman Keeps a Secret (T. Schreiber Studio), Assistant to the Costume Designer for Sweeney Todd (Avery Fisher Hall), Assistant Costume Designer for The Lucky Chance (Theresa Lang Theater), Director/Costume Designer for Seven Femmes (Rathskeller Studios), and Costume Designer for The Lost Cabaret (NYC Fringe Festival). Jamie joined the Civic staff in 2018, her first design on stage being Present Laughter in the Studio Theatre. She loves being part of the fun and frivolity of live theater and is incredibly happy to do that at her home away from home, Spokane Civic Theatre.

Mackenzie Willett (Costume Design) loves working behind the scenes at Civic as well as working as part of the Front of House Staff. Outside of theatre, Mackenzie spends all her time watching and playing soccer, spending time at church, and reading.

Bryan D. Durbin (Lighting Design) has a BA in theatre and is very excited to be back as Civic’s master electrician and lighting designer following the long hiatus. “I want to thank my family Heather, Evie, and Abby for all of their support.”

Matthew Pope (Light Board Operator) has a BA in Theatre from EWU and works with a local blood bank and the Humane Society. Favorite credits include a Witch in Macbeth (Stage Left Theater), Stage Manager for POTUS and Jordan in Significant Other (both with Civic).
