The Main Stage Lobby gets a make over!

The new lobby decor for the Main Stage at Spokane Civic Theatre
Did you ever feel like the Main Stage Lobby at Spokane Civic theatre was a little drab? Well, that’s about to change because the Main Stage lobby at Civic is getting refurbished! Civic has been meaning to get new countertops for quite some time, but as we all know, these are expensive. We needed some time to save up!
We are also changing out the lobby lighting with a pendulum design that compliments the aesthetics of the building. Another plus to these new lights: they’ll be much easier to clean and maintain!
The funds for the project were donated in part by the very generous ALSC Architects. The rest of the funds came from the Spokane Civic Theatre Operating Budget. Dwell is the interior design company helping us to complete this transformation.
The project will start after the closing of our Teen Academy production of Happy Days. It will be ready in time for the Spokane Civic Theatre 66th Special Season Opening Gala production of The Producers on September 21!
