Young performers develop literacy and speaking skills while being introduced to the fundamentals of performing on stage. Paddington Bear is discovered in Paddington Station in London and adopted by the Brown family.

Join the Darling children as Peter Pan leads them in amazing adventures as they travel from London to Neverland and learn the power of family and friendship.

It’s time for students to return to school at Hogwarts, and that means school shopping at the most interesting and magical market in London.

Mary Poppins (Ages 9-12) Mondays 5:00pm - 6:00pm $95 Register

Mary Poppins isn’t like other nannies….she’s practically perfect in every way!  Along with her friend Bert, they transform the streets of London into a wonderland for Jane and Michael Banks.

Harry Potter: Ministry of Magic (Ages 9-12) Tuesdays 5:00pm - 6:00pm $95 Register

Harry and his fellow members of Dumbledore’s Army rush to the Ministry of Magic to save Harry’s godfather, Sirius Black.

Matilda and her friends from Ms. Honey’s classroom use their imaginations, and a little magic, to revolt against the feared and treacherous principal, Miss Trunchbull in this Roald Dahl classic tale.

A Little Princess: Advanced Dramatics (Ages 10-17) Thursdays 4:30pm - 6:00pm $120 Register

An advanced course for students ready to transition from a classroom to community theatre setting. Sara Crewe is the apple of her father’s eye…but when he is presumed dead in the war, Miss Minchin makes her a servant at her boarding school. Despite many struggles, Sara never loses her spirit and hopes of her father’s return.

Intro to Musical Theatre Choreography (Ages 12-17) Thursdays 4:30pm - 6:00pm $120 Register

Ingrid LaVoie leads students in learning the basics of dancing for musical theatre in a fun and encouraging environment. Breaking down dance moves , combinations, and formations in easy to perform sequences will help prepare students for auditions and production performance.

Vocal Training (Ages 12-17) Tuesdays 5:00pm - 6:00pm $120 Register

Students will learn from Civic’s Resident Musical Director, Henry McNulty, the skills to be confident while singing in auditions and performances alike. Lessons include song selection/interpretation, breath support, and vocal technique.

Behind the Scenes Teen (Ages 12-17) Wednesdays 4:30pm - 6:00pm $120 Register

Curious about all of the elements that go into prepping and perfecting a performance? Along with exploring monologues and scenes, students can try their hand at directing, sounds, lights, and design, providing the opportunity for students to collaborate with peers and exercise creativity.
